Republic of Moldova and Cameroon have agreed to establish diplomatic relations
The Republic of Moldova and Cameroon established diplomatic relations, at ambassadorial level, in New York, on March 27, 2019.
Republic of Moldova‘s Permanent Representative to the UN, Victor Moraru and Cameroon‘s Permanent Representative to the UN, Tommo Monthe signed an agreement establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
This action reflects the desire of the Republic of Moldova to develop and further broaden the bilateral relations with African states, while pursuing a better cooperation within the United Nations framework.
